About the role

You will lead our team of drone pilots and ensure operations are always running smoothly. In this role, you will constantly develop operational strategies and improve efficiency. In addition, you’ll run daily operations, conduct various BVLOS flight missions and develop key operational procedures.

As Drone Operations Lead you will:

collaborate with stakeholders to refine operational procedures and policies.
lead and mentor junior team members.
plan and validate BVLOS missions in strict compliance with aviation regulations.
monitor the automatic flights of our aircrafts.
set up the ground-based infrastructure at the take-off and landing sites and conduct pre-flight checks.
be involved in testing and developing the operational procedures.

About you

To be successful in this role, you preferably have:

previous experience in drone operations, the aviation industry or other related fields.
A strong commitment to safety and security, with an emphasis on adhering to and enforcing strict safety protocols in drone operations.
